Trinity —means Tri-Unity (Gen 2:22, 11:7, Is 6:8, Matt 3:16-17)
3rd Person of the Trinity – The Point Man in the Trinity
He is _____________________________________________________here on earth.
Example – Spirit, Soul, Body –“We were made in his Image”
To understand to the Work of the Holy Spirit in our lives we must look at the Life of Jesus Christ. Christ is our example. We are Christians not Spiritualist.
The Ministry of Christ mirrors the Work of the Holy Spirit

Difference between Salvation, Baptism in Water,
Baptism with the Spirit
Salvation –is a Heart condition/Mouth confession where the Holy Spirit
comes and indwells the Believer
Belief—Putting your faith & trust, leaning all you are on Jesus Christ
Baptism in Water– is a separate experience that involves being immersed into water (following the pattern of Jesus in the Gospels)
It signifies and is evident of our belief in Christ living in our lives inward transformation
Dying to our old lives and sin —being raised to new life in Christ
Baptism with the Holy Spirit— is a separate experience that involves being immersed into the presence of the Holy Spirit where that power overflows out
Just like Baptism in Water is Evidence of Christ Work
So the Baptism of the Spirit is an evidence of the Holy Spirit in our lives
What about Tongues?
Acts – 2,3,8,9,10, 19 speaks of pattern on how we are filled
Prayer Language/Tongues and Gift of Tongues are not the same
I Cor 12 –On the Body and Gifts of the Spirit
I Cor 13 – On motivation behind the Operation of the Gifts
I Cor 14 —Order and Operations of Gifts (speaks of prayer language and usage of gift)
6 Keys to Receiving the Baptism with the Holy Spirit

Prayer to Receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit
Dear Lord Jesus,
I thank You and praise You for Your great love and faithfulness to me.
My Heart is filled with joy whenever I think of the great gift of salvation You have so freely given to me,
And I humbly glorify You, Lord Jesus, for You have forgiven me all my sins and brought me to the Father.
Now I come in obedience to Your call.
I want to receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
I do not come because I am worthy myself, but because You have invited me to come.
Because you have washed me from my sins,
I thank You that You have made the vessel of my life a worthy one to be filled with the Holy Spirit of God.
I want to be overflowed with Your life, Your love and Your power, Lord Jesus.
I want to show forth Your grace, Your Words, Your goodness, and Your gifts to everyone I can.
And so with simple, childlike faith, I ask You Lord, fill me with the Holy Spirit.
I open all of myself to You, to receive all of Yourself in me.
I love You, Lord, and I lift my voice in praise to You.
I welcome Your might and Your miracles to be manifested in me for Your glory and unto Your praise.
After You have prayed this prayer continue to worship, seek the Lord.
Wait before Him, and as you do God will show Himself and fill you with His power.
