Well, we just cranked up the Preaching and Leading Laboratory here at our church. There are over 80 pastors here attending the conference. It is incredible so far. It is always good seeing all these incredible pastors and friends. I thank God that He is growing His church!

Our city
My family and I are attending a Memphis Redbirds baseball game tonight. We haven’t been this year so I was on their website showing Harrison pictures of Rocky the Redbird. Last year he flipped out so I have been trying to get him used to this giant red bird. As I was browsing their website I came across some wallpapers that you can download. I opened one and was awe struck by our city. God reminded me of the ‘great things still to come’. He has a promise for Memphis, TN. He has blessed us, and I can’t wait to see what is in store for this GREAT CITY!

Craigmont Football
We are in the middle of our 2nd annual Fellowship of Christian Athletes football camp. Raleigh is hosting THE Craigmont Chiefs! I am actually sitting on the Raleigh Bus watching the guys play a scrimmage against Fairley HS. The way the camp works is about 15 area churches host football teams who cannot afford to attend camps elsewhere. The ‘host’ churches house, feed, entertain, and spiritually feed each team. It is amazing because as I look at the different churches involved in this event it is every denomination within the Christian church. It is truly a testimony of Christ! We will leave the scrimmage site, Grace Evangelical Church, after the game and head back to Raleigh. There will be a team of Volunteers there ready to serve 62 players and 4 coaches an AMAZING meal. Let me tell you, that is no easy job. These guys know how to eat, I mean EAT! Without the backing of our Pastor and our congregation this event could not take place, so THANK YOU! These young men’s lives will forever be marked by this weekend! Praise God for the miracles that are taking place. The camp will end on Sunday with the team and coaches attending our morning worship service. This will be a day of HIGH impact! Do NOT miss it! much love
