Welcome Back!

Please forgive me for it has been a very long time since I wrote my last blog. I must admit I couldn’t find the time, but God is doing some INCREDIBLE things in Children’s ministry and I feel like it’s my duty to share it with someone. So this will be my outlet :-)

So I am officially blogging again.

I start with news about our new series in “City Lights” we started “Worship Idol” this Sunday and it was incredible! We are breaking down the “Who, what, where’s, and why’s” of worship. Also we are having a live drama that resembles the hit show “American Idol”

This past Sunday my beautiful wife, and two of the most awesome leaders I know (Mrs. Rena & Cassie) brought the house down with their performances, and I could not quite laughing at our INCREDIBLE judges. My armor bearer “T-ward”, My right hand man “Jim-bo”, and the most incredible woman in the world “Mrs. Reta”….were Simon, Randy, and Paula…and they were hilarious. I will post a picture of them next week.

This series has started with a boom and we know that God is faithful and by the time it is over, our children will understand “how and why” we worship God!

Stay posted for video of children worshipping the most high God…if I can get it!

The Bible is my Playbook

Every week in “City Lights” we show a video that introduces the subject, the scripture verse, and the Big Idea for the day. This is the video we showed in our last service titled “The Bible is your playbook” in our series “How to make it on God’s team.” Hope you enjoy!

New “City Lights” Logo

Hey Everyone,

The one and only Ryan Redman created a NEW “City Lights” logo and you just have to see it! I have set up a link that you can visit and get a “sneak peak” fusion-kids-2-copy.jpg . If you have never been to a “City Lights” service, then you do’nt know what you’re missing. God is moving in that service and those children are discovering God in a new way. I want to shout out to all the leaders who make each and every service possible, you are the best! You never know who might stop by in “City Lights”!
